Refund policy
At Siree Accessories, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sireeaccessoriespr@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review your case and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable. No money back.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Please note:
- Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or normal wear and tear.
