Shipping policy

  • We ship throughout Puerto Rico and the United States. For international shipping, you can contact us before placing your order and we will check availability.
  • Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (such as postal service delays).
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard Shipping (PR & U.S.): $5.00
    • Free shipping on orders of $75 or more
  • Please make sure to enter your address correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer during checkout or for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
